FATHER LOU SCURTI, PhD, EdS, MDiv
Managing Editor and Host
Father Louis Scurti is the Managing Editor and host of “The Word: Alive and Well”. For the past twenty-five years, he has served as Director of the Catholic Campus Ministry Center at William Paterson University. He holds academic degrees from the following institutions; BA in Philosophy and an Educational Specialist Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Seton Hall University, a Masters of Divinity from St. Mary's Seminary & University, a Masters in Liberal Arts from Johns Hopkins University, a Masters in Fine Arts from Montclair State University; a Ph.D. in Family Mediation from La Salle University and a New Jersey License as Marriage and Family Therapist.

RUSSELL "RUSTY" MYERS III
Executive Producer and Director
Rusty Myers has served as the Executive Producer for both CCMCommunications and “The Word: Alive and Well” since 1999. During his tenure as Executive Producer, both the scope to which the show is broadcast and the way in which it has been produced have changed drastically. Aside from serving as the CCMCommunications Chief Video Engineer, he works full time in the Technical Operations Department of the FOX News Channel as a Stage Manager, working on many of the weekday and weekend primetime broadcasts on both the news channel and the FOX broadcast network. With over 8 years of professional broadcasting and journalism experience, he is a member of the National Association of Broadcasters, the Broadcasting Educators Association, the Catholic Academy of Communication Arts Professionals, and the Natioanl Academy of Television Arts and Sciences. GERARD REYNOLDS, M.Ed
Producer, "Liturgy of thw Word Series"
Gerard Reynolds is an Associate Producer with CCMCommunications, producing the weekend “Liturgy of the Word” mass tapings, as well as an operator with the weekly “The Word: Alive and Well” productions. Also, he works full-time as a middle school teacher in the Haledon, NJ School District. There, he has implemented school curriculum and state standards through challenging and meaningful learning experiences in a learning culture for students, parents, teachers and administrators. He also holds a Maters degree from Jersey City University.

MATTHEW SHIELDS
Production Coordinator
Matt Shields is the Production Coordinator for "The Word: Alive and Well."  He is in charge of scheduling the guests on the show and works with a variety of equipment on the show including tape decks and chyron.  Matt graduated with honors from Seton Hall University majoring in Religious Studies and minors in Philosophy and Catholic Studies, and works full time as the Associate Campus Minister at the William Paterson University Campus Ministry. There, he manages many of the community outreach programs.

VANESSA MARINO
Director
Vanessa is a Senior at Mary Help of Christians Academy, and began her tenure volunteering with CCMCommunications in 2002. From beginning as a camera operator, Vanesa now works as a Technical Director and Director for "The Word: Alive and Well" and the "Living the Word Series". Directing Sunday productions and filling in as a wekkday director, Vanessa has production skills and experience that many who graduate college do not. She is a 2004 winner of the Dr. Anthony Maltese Awards, and is currently persuing enrollment in colleges and universities which specialize in television production and film.

FATHER EDWARD G. LAMBRO
Talent, "Living the Word" and "The Word: Alive and Well"
Filling in as host on "The Word: Alive and Well w/ Father Lou Scurti" and as host of "Living the Word" series specials, Rev. Edward G. Lambro is a priest of the Paterson Diocese.  He is currently the Director of Development and Public Relations for Catholic Charities. Father Lambro was educated for the priesthood by the monks of Conception Abbey.  He holds a Masters degree in Theology and one in Education, as well as a Doctorate in Psychology. In addition to his duties at Catholic Charities, Father Lambro is a psychotherapist with the Chatham Psychiatric Group.
An accomplished musician, he is the founder and artistic director of Cathedral Concert Series at the Cathedral of St. John the Baptist in Paterson, New Jersey.

SISTER JANE FELTZ, MPF
Host, "Living the Word Series"
Hosting "Living the Word Series" specials with CCMCommunications, Jane Feltz, MPF is a member of the Religious Teachers Filippini Community in the province of St. Lucy, at Morristown, New Jersey.  She presently serves as the Director of Vocation Ministry and part-time Associate Campus Minister for Passaic County Community College.  Sr. Jane was a principal and teacher of elementary education in the Newark and Paterson Dioceses.  She also served as  Assistant Superintendent of Schools for the Paterson Diocese.  Sister received her Master’s Degree from Fordham University, Bachelors Degree from Seton Hall.  She completed the Spiritual Direction Program at the Center for Spirituality and Justice in the Bronx.
